1. The Daily Reporter Electronic Newspaper is a recognized minority-focused publication and a certified DVBE-focused newspaper. It is published electronically every day, Monday through Friday, and provides timely information on jobs open for bid, prime and general contractors seeking subcontractors, and general building and construction industry information. It also runs stories of interest to the building and construction trades. At the end of every week, all the ads published online are published in a printed version of the newspaper. This printed copy is mailed out first-class to state, city and county agencies, and state-certified MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/DVBE contractors across California. The Daily Reporter is also published in an digital paper format. As with the print edition, the digital edition collects all the ads published during the week and provides that information without charge to the California building and construction community.
