You can open The Daily Reporter online, or download it and view it whenever you desire. It is going to look better on your monitor if you download it and then open it in "full screen" mode.

When you first open The Daily Reporter, you will probably get a pop-up notice that the e-publication is trying to open in "full-screen mode." That is the best way to view it, so say yes. You can toggle back and forth from the full-screen mode to the normal reading pane by using the VIEW button in the navigation bar. Also, you can get out of the full-screen mode at any time by pressing the "Esc" key on your keyboard.

FAQ: "I clicked on the link you provided and it opened the PDF inside my browser. Not a huge deal, but when I clicked the View button it didn't do anything. So I downloaded the PDF and then the full screen thing worked fine. I guess Acrobat can't go full screen inside Firefox...."

ANSWER: YES! while you can open the digital magazine online without downloading it, the full screen mode won't work. This is not a problem, as you can still see the magazine. However, it just looks better on your monitor in full screen mode, which is why we recommend it be downloaded and then viewed that way.

Anything in the digital paper with an underline or a box around it is a working link, which will take you to a web page, or open an e-mail box. As you move your cursor around each page, you will notice that whenever it crosses a working link, it changes to an icon of a hand with the finger pointing to the link. Even if the link is not highlighted or boxed or underlined, if the cursor changes then you have found a link. The digital paper is massively linked, both internally and up to Internet sites.

The INDEX button in the navigation bar will take you back to the page with the Table of Contents.

The PRINT button will let you print any page, or the entire digital publication. The page will print out on standard 8 1/2 by 11" paper, in landscape mode. When you print, be sure you tell your printer to print in landscape mode, and also be sure to set PAGE SCALING to: FIT TO PRINTABLE AREA.

The EMAIL button will let you share this digital publication with your friends and associates. You have permission to share The BIA Workforce News with anyone you want. The HELP button in the navigation bar will bring you to this page.

The CLOSE button will, of course, close the digital publication.

You can move forward and back by pressing the left and right arrows in the navigation bar. On most computers, the arrow keys on the keyboard will also turn the page.
